Insurance

We accept most commercial insurances and Tenncare. Our office will file claims with those insurance companies with whom we have contracts. If we do not file your insurance, we will provide you with the necessary paperwork to file yourself. When you call for your appointment, please give us all your current Insurance Information. All copayments, deductibles, and fees for non-covered services are expected at the time of your visit.
